Dr. Eric Berg

My Story

Dr. Eric Berg is an American chiropractor and nutritionist. He owns a website called “drberg.com”, where he gives health advice. He is the director of Dr. Berg’s Nutritional and specializes in Healthy Ketosis and Intermittent Fasting.

In 2006, his book The 7 Principles of Fat Burning was published and is now an Amazon bestseller, which was updated in 2019 with new research into The Healthy Keto Plan. He started his YouTube channel in 2008 and continues sharing his views on healthy eating and other health topics, tallying over 6,000 videos, 18 million subscribers, and 100 million views per month. He has trained Keto Coaches worldwide, by creating a course that analyses keto and intermittent fasting.

After graduating from chiropractic school in 1988, he started many years of scientific nutrition research. His passion was driven by a desire to understand his health struggles with food. He teaches people about a wide spectrum of health-related topics. He focuses on dissecting complex health problems, relating symptoms to real causes and designing strategies for healing through nutrition. His signature healthy keto diet intermittent fasting, and long-term eating plan, are now seen as changeable factors,  in creating exceptional levels of wellness.
